Luxury Photography Experience—

At Bella Imagery, we pride ourselves on delivering a personalized and luxurious photography experience, meticulously tailored to your unique style and vision. Here's a step-by-step guide to what you can expect when you choose Bella Imagery.

Consultation—

Your journey begins with a comprehensive consultation. During this session, we discuss your vision, style, and the purpose of your photoshoot. Whether you’re looking for a classic portrait, a vibrant celebration of a milestone, or a creative concept shoot, this conversation ensures that your session is uniquely catered to you. We’ll go over the different packages available, including options that feature our exquisite fine art prints. Sessions start at $400, and Weddings start at $1800. This process is crucial for us to align our creative vision with yours, setting the stage for a shoot that is both personal and unforgettable.

Booking—

Once we’ve refined the vision, we move on to booking your session. We’ll discuss our schedules to find a date and time that suits both of us, ensuring that the shoot takes place when you feel your best. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date.

Preparing for Your Shoot—

Leading up to the day of the shoot, we maintain close communication to ensure everything is perfectly prepared. We’ll discuss wardrobe choices - including our new rental options - along with makeup, hair, digital backdrops, props, and poses—all tailored to meet your specific needs and desires. This preparation phase is key to making sure the shoot runs smoothly and that we capture your best moments.

The Shoot—

On the day of the shoot, we create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, often starting with some music to set the vibe. We guide you through every pose, ensuring that your hair, makeup, and wardrobe are flawless in every shot. Throughout the session, we’re committed to making sure you’re comfortable and having fun, as this brings out the most authentic and beautiful expressions. At the end of the shoot, the final payment is due, which secures the editing and delivery of your images.

Review—

After the shoot, you’ll receive a low-resolution, watermarked album to review and select your favorite images. Bella Imagery will soon be transitioning to in-person reviews, where we can go over your images together, discuss the benefits of our fine art prints, and explore how you can best display your images. We also discuss options to purchase the entire album, either edited or unedited, with the possibility of having select images edited later.

Editing—

Once you’ve made your selections, the editing process begins. Our standard editing timeline is two weeks, but expedited options are available if you need your images sooner. Each image is meticulously refined to ensure it meets our high standards.

Picture Mail—

Your edited images will be delivered in a high-resolution digital album for you to download. If you’ve opted for our fine art print package, your images will be delivered directly to you, carefully packaged for protection. Soon, Bella Imagery will be adding beautiful, keepsake boxes for each session – perfect for preserving and displaying your cherished memories.

Displaying Your Art—

Soon, Bella Imagery will offer additional services to help you plan the layout of your images throughout your home, including picture framing and matting options. This service ensures that your images not only look stunning on their own but are also presented in a way that complements your space.
