What is a Senior Ambassador?

A Senior Ambassador is a model liaison and the face of Bella Imagery Photography, representing BIP in all marketing and community events and activities! As a BIP representative, it's important that a Senior Ambassador is a student in good standing with their school and community.

The Ambassador program was designed as a way to give back to a select few members of the Senior community with fun and creative photo sessions to wow your friends and get them thinking about their own sessions. Each year we select positive and outgoing upcoming seniors who are excited to be a part of a team and meet upcoming seniors from other schools. The Team gets to know one another through our themed photo shoots and activities and the ambassadors become a supportive network that lifts each other.

The Bella Imagery Photography senior ambassador program is a fun-filled, year-long program. We begin in July and spend the year having fun with activities, individual and group shoots, and memorable experiences with new friends, until your graduation day. There is a cap of 10 Seniors.

We are seeking to form a group of Seniors who model exemplary character, have positive social media posts and strong followings, are outgoing and fun loving. These students will be from various high schools and will be involved with various clubs, organizations and teams. Bottom line—we look to have a wide variety of students from diverse backgrounds who love to have their photo taken! They will be exclusive representatives of the Bella Imagery Photography brand and recipients of the benefits that go with this fun opportunity.

To Qualify:

You must be a high school graduate of 2025 in good standing with your school and community
You must like and follow us on Instagram and Facebook
Senior Ambassadors are members of an EXCLUSIVE group and therefore agree not to represent or promote another photographer or studio through graduation.

What is expected of our Ambassadors?

The short answer is, to enthusiastically promote booking of senior photo sessions for Bella Imagery Photography. Reach out to family and friends and help get the word out about photo sessions for individuals or families. The key word is 'enthusiastically'!

The long answer is:

We must be sure that your parent(s) are ‘on board’ since they will need to sign a contract that gives us permission to work with you as our ambassador and allows us to use photos for our marketing. A parent must be present the time of the photo session.
We will book a session where we will take pictures and provide web quality photos to you (with my logo) to share on social media.
You will be representing our company, so we ask that you actively promote Bella Imagery Photography throughout the year.
You must only promote Bella Imagery Photography (no other photographers).
Be active on social media with promoting especially on Senior Sundays. Your parent(s) being active counts too. Tag and give photo credit to:
@Bellaimagery_Photography (Instagram)
Bella Imagery (Facebook)
And 'shout out' about the fun session and amazing photos that you received.

By submitting this application, you are agreeing that you have discussed your applying with your parent(s)/guardian(s) and are agreeing that if chosen, you agree to pay the full non-refundable $200 at time of acceptance. If payments cannot be made or your parents are not in agreement to your participation, you will not be able to participate as a Bella Imagery Photography Senior Ambassador.

I understand that by participating in the BIP AMBASSADOR program that my images may be used by BIP for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes. As an Ambassador I AGREE TO HAVE MY SENIOR PORTRAITS TAKEN EXCLUSIVELY BY BIP throughout my senior school year. (excludes photos made by photographers at school events or paid modeling where you are not required to promote another photographer) As a BIP Ambassador, I will refer future Senior Ambassador applicants and will make positive remarks about my experience to my peers about Bella Imagery Photography. I agree NOT to speak poorly of other studios or degrade classmates who choose to be photographed elsewhere. (that's just not nice) I agree to post images shot of me by BIP on my Social Media accounts. I am also willing to LOVE other images posted by BIP-to help spread the word! I understand that not only am I promoting my school and myself but I am also promoting a positive brand image of BIP. I understand that any violation of this agreement will cancel all commissions I may be entitled to from my referrals. I understand that a referral is someone who chooses to be photographed by BIP and mentions my name. Friends I refer will receive a 15% off discount.
